I just re-read Beyond the Obvious by Phil McKinney. Interesting idea/adequate execution...but it got me thinking about Transformative Questions.
Some questions that change the game:
What scares you to admit?
What don't they get about you?
Who deserves credit?
What do you really want to do?
Do you know how good you are?
What evidence backs that opinion up?
What gets personal to you?
How would you spend your own money?
Tell me about your life in five years.
When did you stop being creative?
What if...........
