An expanded team of leaders can create an Innovation Strategy Map using the Innovation Equation - the blueprint for successful transformation (2 days).

You can achieve a million-dollar returns and cutting-edge Innovation Champions by convening groups of up to 40 operational leaders, broken into small teams to create innovative solutions to the key challenges holding you back (7 days).
